At Ceraphic, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your T-shirt(s), we offer a hassle-free return process.
Return Eligibility:
- • To be eligible for a return, T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Process:

- 2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
- 3. Pack your T-shirt(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- 4. Affix the provided return shipping label (if applicable) and ship the package back to us.
Refunds:
- • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
- • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- • If you would like to exchange your T-shirt(s) for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items:
